3. Price and Payment

• The price is as indicated at the time of purchase.
• Payment is processed via external services (e.g., Stripe, Twint). There are no recurring subscriptions.

4. License and Rights

By purchasing, you obtain the rights provided by the chosen license. You do not acquire ownership of the beat, but a right of use within the limits indicated in the license. Reselling the beat “as is” is prohibited.

5. File Delivery

The MP3 download is available immediately after payment. Within 2 business days, you will receive at the email linked to Stripe a ZIP file with all the stems.

6. Disclaimer

The site is provided “as is.” I do not guarantee continuous availability or error-free operation. I am not liable for indirect damages or loss of profit under any circumstances.

7. Personal Data Protection
