License

This license governs the usage rights of instrumentals (“beats”) purchased on beats.superape.net. Purchasing does not transfer ownership of the beat, but grants a usage right within the limits set out below.

1. License type

• Exclusive License: the beat is removed from the shop and will no longer be sold to others. The buyer obtains unlimited usage rights for publishing and monetization, in compliance with sections 2–5.

2. Permitted use

• Publishing on digital platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, etc.).
• Live performances, promotional videos, social media.
• Monetization of content that includes your voice/melody on the beat.

3. Restrictions

• It is prohibited to resell, sub-license, or redistribute the beat “as is.”
• It is prohibited to register the beat “as is” in Content ID without your own voice/melody.
• No trademarks may be registered that prevent others from legally using the beat published before your exclusive purchase.

4. Credits

Credit SuperApe as the producer (“prod. SuperApe”) where technically possible.

5. File delivery

After purchase you can immediately download the MP3. Within 2 business days you will receive a ZIP file with all stems at the email address associated with the payment.

6. Duration

The license is perpetual for the work you create (song/album/visual) starting from the date of purchase.
